By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following Terms of Service, ensuring a clear and professional understanding between you ("Student") and Berry Posh LLC ("Company"). These terms outline your responsibilities, the scope of the program, and the guidelines for participation.

COURSE TERMS OF SERVICE

1 | INTRODUCTION

Berry Posh LLC provides online education tailored to beauty entrepreneurs. The Beauty Boss Bootcamp is a comprehensive course designed to teach you how to set up systems, processes, and workflows that will allow your business to thrive.

The program includes pre-recorded video lessons, guides, templates, and bonus resources to support your journey.

2 | TERM & TERMINATION

The terms of this agreement remain in effect throughout your access to the program. Dissatisfaction with the teaching style, course content, or personal outcomes does not qualify for a refund. By enrolling, you commit to completing payments in full, regardless of usage.

3 | DISCLAIMERS

The course is designed for general educational purposes. It does not include personalized coaching, legal or financial advice, or direct services such as marketing, public relations, or business management. Your success depends entirely on your commitment and implementation of the course materials.

4 | COURSE FEATURES

The Beauty Boss Bootcamp includes:

Step-by-step video tutorials.
Downloadable templates for systems, contracts, and workflows.
Access to a private Facebook support group.
Bonus modules on time management, setting boundaries, and email signature creation.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify course content as needed to ensure quality and relevance.

5 | RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STUDENT

Your success is determined by your dedication to applying the strategies taught. You agree to:

Take full responsibility for your results.
Actively engage with course content and resources.
Avoid unauthorized sharing or duplication of course materials.

6 | PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Client has two payment options to purchase the Program: A) a one-time fee, due in-full before the Start Date; B) a two-month payment plan; or C) a three-month payment plan, outlined below. NOTE: A partial payment of one installment of the payment plan shall be treated as a commitment to pay the entire fee for the Program. By submitting a partial payment, Client understands that he/she is contractually bound to make all payments in the timeline outlined in Section 8(B). Client hereby agrees to pay in accordance with one of the following plans:

ONE-TIME FEE:

One (1) payment of nine hundred ninety-seven US Dollars ($997.00 USD), which is due immediately upon signing and execution of this Agreement. No Coaching Services shall commence under any circumstances until full payment is rendered by Client; or

TWO-MONTH PAYMENT PLAN:

Two (2) payments of four hundred ninety-eight US dollars and fifty US cents ($498.50 USD) totaling nine hundred ninety-seven US Dollars ($997.00 USD), which shall be paid in accordance with the schedule below in order to avoid late fees;

The first payment of $498.50 is due immediately upon signing and executing this Agreement;

The final payment of $498.50 is due within thirty (30) days of the Start Date of this Agreement;

Late Fees – Coach understands that, from time to time, there are issues with payment. All payments must be received by Coach within ten (10) days of the due date for that installment. Any payments not received within 10 days of their due date shall be subject to a late fee of $25.00 USD. Any payments not received within 15 days of their due date will result in Client’s breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of Coaching Services.

THREE-MONTH PAYMENT PLAN:

Three (3) payments of three hundred thirty-two US dollars and thirty-three US cents ($332.33 USD) totaling nine hundred ninety-six US Dollars and ninety-nine US cents ($996.99 USD), which shall be paid in accordance with the schedule below in order to avoid late fees;

The first payment of $332.33 is due immediately upon signing and executing this Agreement;

The second payment of $332.33 is due within thirty (30) days of the Start Date of this Agreement;

The final payment of $332.33 is due within sixty (60) days of the Start Date of this Agreement;

Late Fees – Coach understands that, from time to time, there are issues with payment. All payments must be received by Coach within ten (10) days of the due date for that installment. Any payments not received within 10 days of their due date shall be subject to a late fee of $25.00 USD. Any payments not received within 15 days of their due date will result in Client’s breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of Coaching Services.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the program, refunds are not available.

7 | CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE
All course materials are proprietary and protected by copyright. You agree not to share, reproduce, or sell any materials without prior written consent.

8 | INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Berry Posh LLC retains ownership of all course materials, including videos, templates, and branding assets. You are granted a limited license for personal use only.

9 | LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of the program. Any decisions regarding your business are your sole responsibility.

10 | GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
